1. The service

Founders Panorama is operated by Musivo LLC, Tornado Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. It provides a newsroom, a directory of startups, founders, investors, accelerators and events, member accounts, profile claims and a community area.

2. Information, not advice

Directory and news content is compiled from public sources and provided for general information. It may be incomplete or out of date. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Always verify information directly before making decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 16. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Claiming profiles

You may only claim a profile that represents you or an organization you are authorized to represent. We review claims and may ask for verification. Information you add must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove content that is misleading.

5. Community rules

• No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams or unlawful content.
• No impersonation or misleading claims about companies, funding or people.
• No sharing of others' private information.
• Respect intellectual property.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it on the service. We may remove content at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk download or resell directory data, try to access other accounts, or interfere with the service's security or operation.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, original articles and compilation of the directory belong to Founders Panorama. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Summaries of outside news link to the original publisher.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on content on the site.

9. Corrections and complaints

To report an error, request a removal or raise a copyright concern, use the contact form.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
